Born and raised in Albany, Oregon, I grew up competing and trying to keep up with my two older brothers in just about everything they ever did. Although a lot of blood, sweat and tears were involved (mostly mine), I survived and found myself at West Albany High School, where I graduated with honors and played baseball all four years.
After that, I studied Business Administration at Linn Benton Community College before moving on to the school that I had always dreamed of going to, Oregon State. While working two jobs simultaneously, I had the honor of being the first person in my family to graduate from college when I received my bachelor's degree in Business Management, an opportunity that I am forever humbled by.
After graduation, I continued working my two jobs at local, small businesses and helping them grow before finding Marisa’s agency. After becoming licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance, my career began. As account manager, office administrator, and most importantly, professional “Jake from State Farm,” I consider myself beyond lucky to be given the opportunity to do what I feel I was born to do, which is to help people. Expanding and learning every day, while also spreading smiles and dumb jokes (and enjoying every minute of it). After three years I am still excited to grow and will o everything I can to make sure that the people I care about are protected.
